About Neurology Partners
Neurology Partners is a family-owned neurology practice by our father-son providers Dr. Vinod Kapoor and Dr. Ashish Kapoor. The practice specializes in managing illnesses and disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. We offer neurodiagnostic testing such as electroencephalogram, electromyography/nerve conduction studies, transcranial doppler, carotid doppler, neural scans, botox injections, and infusion therapies. The practice aims to provide informative resources, expand its reach to a new demographic, and assist patients' needs. We have three locations:

About Our Doctors
Vinod Kapoor, MD.
Dr. Vinod Kapoor has been serving Hudson County as a
neurologist since 1996. He received his training in the
diploma of neurology at Queen Square England and
neurological training at St. Vincent’s Hospital, New York
City. He completed his fellowship in neurophysiology at
North Shore University Hospital, Long Island.
Dr. Vinod Kapoor prides himself on providing compassionate and timely care to all of his patients in all neurological
disorders. He continues to practice general neurology
with a strong emphasis in Parkinson's Disease, Multiple
Sclerosis, headaches, seizures/epilepsy, stroke and
memory disorders.
Ashish Kapoor, MD, FAAN.
Dr. Kapoor completed his neurology residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson, followed by a fellowship in Neuromuscular/Neurophysiology at the University of Arizona. He earned his medical degree from Kasturba Medical College Manipal and completed his internship in internal medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey, New York, and Arizona.
Dr. Kapoor’s clinical expertise includes neuromuscular disorders, headache, Multiple Sclerosis, and various neuropathies. He also has significant experience in the management of stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, and cognitive disorders. He is recognized for his thorough diagnostic approach, advanced neurophysiological skills, and commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Since 2015, Dr. Kapoor has been dedicated to providing high-quality neurological care to the Hudson County community, with hospital appointments at The Neurology Partners of Hudson County PA, CarePoint Health Bayonne Medical Center, and CarePoint Health Hoboken University Medical Center. He is also actively involved in medical education and quality improvement initiatives.

Dr. Ashish Kapoor is a super and knowledgeable doctor. He is caring, compassionate and he takes the time to explain and makes sure you understand what you have and what is the plans he have for you as his patient. I have been under his care for a couple of years now and I would not change him for any other doctor he is not a doctor that just fills you with medication if it is not necessary. Some times the waiting time is a little long but that is a good sign, it means he takes time with each patient.
